SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed from monday to friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CET.

The goods are ready for shipment by the next business day after the customer's order. Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 working days to the address indicated at the time of of the order, depending on the selected shipping mode and the country of destination, according to the following parameters:

Italy: 1 - 3 working days

Europe: 2 - 4 working days

Rest of the World: 2 - 5 working days

COLASANTE SRLS is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force force majeure beyond the control of COLASANTE SRLS.

If the delivery address is in a geographically remote location, such as on some outlying islands outlying islands or other isolated locations, COLASANTE S.R.L.S. may not be able to make the delivery. In such a case, the customer will be informed before accepting his order. The company reserves the right not to make shipments to countries prohibited by applicable export laws.

If the order requires international shipping, the customer should be aware that the package may have to be opened and inspected by customs authorities and be subject to import duties and taxes, levied when delivery reaches the specified destination.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of individual items.

Standard shipping is free with no spending limit for all products not on sale, for products on sale the price is 9€.

Free shipping for purchases over or equal to 250 € for products not on sale
Shipping costs for orders of less than €250 or products on sale: €15

UK
Free shipping on purchases greater than or equal to £250 for products not on sale
Shipping charges shipping for orders less than £250 or products on sale: £15

USA
Free shipping on purchases over or equal to 300 $ for products not on sale
Shipping charges shipping for orders less than $300 or products on sale: $30

REST OF THE WORLD
Free shipping on purchases greater than or equal to $500 for products not on balance
Shipping costs for orders under €500 or products on sale: €35

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

As soon as the order is processed, the customer will receive a shipping email containing the courier used and the tracking code. Through this code it is possible to monitor the status of the shipment until it has been delivery.

 

 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SOFIACOLASANTE.COM intends to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) may be returned for a refund or for a size and color exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Please note that theExchange rate option is possible within the countries of the European Union.

COMPLAINTS

For any complaints or clarifications, the customer must write to the following e-mail address info@sofiacolasante.it
The customer will be contacted for clarification within five (5) working days of the request.

IMPLICATIONS OF RESTITUTION

When the customer withdraws from the contract, SOFIACOLASANTE.IT undertakes to refund the payments received, excluding shipping costs for the return of the return (at least if the items supplied are defective or incorrect).

Import duties and local taxes will be refunded only if originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included, the customer may request a refund from their local customs office.

In the case of a defective or incorrect product or products, the return costs are borne by COLASANTE S.R.L.S. Or they are refunded to the customer. The same channel that the customer has chosen for payment, unless otherwise agreed;

SOFIACOLASANTE.IT reserves the right to block the refund of the amount until the return of the goods and until verification that the returned items are intact and corresponding to the condition in which they were were shipped. This includes the following guidelines:

 

- products must be returned unworn (except to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and un used, provided with the original labels and their own shoplifting;

 

- footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

 

- lingerie and swimwear may be tried on only when worn over undergarments and must be provided with the guarantee and hygiene seals;

In case of non-compliance with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), the following may be deducted from the refund an amount reflecting the reduced value of the goods, up to its total price.

The goods must be returned to COLASANTE S.R.L.S. immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of withdrawal from the contract. An extension of the return period is permitted only if agreed upon otherwise in writing.

CRITERIA FOR EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is applicable only if the products have not been customized, modified or damaged and if they they comply with the guidelines explained in the "Implications of Return" section. The customization of the products, damage and failure to adhere to the parameters provided, excludes the possibility of withdrawal.

MODALITÀ OF OPERATION AT RESO

The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following are fully complied with the following conditions:

 

- within fourteen (14) days after receiving the products, the customer may request the return by sending an email a info@sofiacolasante.it by simply indicating the ORDER NUMBER, l'item you want to return and the reason for the return.

 

- products must meet all the original conditions above. Each return shipment must be marked with the return authorization.

Customer may choose from the following compensation options:

1. REFUND

The cost of the returned products will be refunded but not the original shipping cost, if any. As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, a refund will be made. If the customer has paid by Credit Card Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in 10 days and will be viewable in the statement account; the processing time may change depending on the credit card issuing bank. In the event where the Customer has paid by Bank Transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded is dependent on changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.

 

2. SIZE CHANGE

Please note that exchanges are only possible for countries belonging to the European Union. 

Items can be exchanged when a different size of the same item code is available. Exchanges for different item codes are not currently available. The new item will be shipped as soon as we have received the item to be replaced. However, we can only replace items that are not defective, in their original, unworn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns submitted at different times from one order. The exchange shipping is free on all exchanges.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Italy - European Union

Transportation costs for the return of products are free of charge. The "Sofia Colasante" team will provide the customer with a waybill (AWB) in duplicate. The customer must secure one copy on the outside of the package and provide the other copy to the courier at the time of pickup. The customer can then save a copy of the AWB for his or her own reference and can use it to track the return shipment.

Rest of the World
shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except for returns for defective items or shipping errors. For better service please email us the tracking of the shipment of return with the courier company to the email info@sofiacolasante.it

 
COLASANTE S.R.L.S. reserves the right to refuse those returns not authorized and/or not sent according to the return policy explained in the additional sections and in the return instructions email. In the case of returns that are not authorized or do not conform to the expected standards, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address original.

COLASANTE S.R.L.S. also reserves the right to request photographic evidence for those returns regarding merchandise that is defective before authorizing the return and be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to its own offices. In case of defective goods or shipping errors COLASANTE S.R.L.S. will be responsible for the return shipment at no cost to the customer or will make a refund of the costs incurred.

COLASANTE S.R.L.S. will not accept items that have already been washed, worn, or altered for any reason. COLASANTE S.R.L.S. reserves the right to inspect the returned merchandise and assess a refund based on the condition of the returned merchandise.
